Radiant Trio Creations Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Radiant Trio Creations! We take pride in our handmade creations and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund policy below.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will make it right.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

 Reporting Issues: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

 Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement item. 
  • Store credit for the value of the damaged product.
  • A full or partial refund (at our discretion).

 Required Documentation: Provide the following when reporting an issue:

  • A photo of the damaged item(s).
  • A photo of the packaging (including the shipping label).

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you experience an issue with a product, please follow the steps under “Damaged or Defective Items.”

5. Shipping Costs

 Refunds or replacements for damaged or defective items will include the cost of shipping, if applicable.

 Shipping costs for non-damaged items (if approved for return in rare circumstances) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations

Custom & Personalized Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing, and the order cannot be canceled. All other orders, once placed are final.
